Cooper Charter Township adopts this written public summary pursuant to the requirements of Section 4(4) of the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, 1976 PA 442 (“FOIA”) so that the public will understand the Township’s Procedures and Guidelines for processing FOIA requests.
