HOW TO REPORT A STREET LIGHT PROBLEM

If you are having a problem with a street light, please follow the procedure below:

On your computer, go to www.consumersenergy.com and click on Report Power Outage on the right side of the screen. Then select streetlight problem to get the proper form to be filled out. Fill out the Report a Streetlight Problem form and submit it online.

Consumers Power will email you back when the streetlight is repaired.

Please be advised that Consumers Energy repairs problems by residential area in order to help control their expenses.
