Cooper Township residents pay, on their tax bill, to utilize the Household Hazardous Waste County Program.  The county has had enough Cooper residents use the program so far this year that we are getting close to our $10,000.00 worth of allotted use.  Cooper residents can still go and use the HHW facility, but when the funds do run out (projected for late September) will be charged a small fee per use as well as a per pound charge.  As of January 2024, we will begin a new year and Cooper residents can again use it free of charge!
