Cooper Charter Township Board

The scheduled meetings of the Cooper Charter Township Board will be held at the Cooper Charter Township Hall, 1590 West D. Ave, Kalamazoo, Michigan and will commence at 7:00 p.m. as follows:

September 10, 2012 October 8, 2012 November 12, 2012 December 10, 2012 January 14, 2013 February 11, 2013 March 11, 2013

All meetings are on the 2nd Monday of the month unless otherwise posted.

Cooper Charter Township Planning Commission

The scheduled meetings of the Cooper Charter Township Planning Commission will be held at the Cooper Charter Township Hall, 1590 West D. Ave, Kalamazoo, Michigan and will commence at 7:00 p.m. as follows:

April 10, 2012 May 8, 2012 June 12, 2012 July 10, 2012 August 14, 2012 September 11, 2012

October 9, 2012 November 13, 2012 December 11, 2012 January 8, 2013 February 12, 2013 March 12, 2013

All meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of the month except the month of November which will be held on the third Tuesday of the month.

Cooper Charter Township Zoning Board Of Appeal

Scheduled meetings of the Cooper Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeal will be held at the Cooper Charter Township Hall, 1590 West D. Ave, Kalamazoo, Michigan and will be scheduled as needed.

Special Meetings

Special meetings of the Cooper Township Board, Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeal and Fire Commission shall be called and held at the discretion of said Board with due and proper notice of such meetings posted on the bulletin board of the Township Hall.

The official minutes of said boards are stored in the Clerk's office at 1590 West D. Avenue, Kalamazoo, Michigan and are available for inspection during regular business hours.

Cooper Charter Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) days notice to the Township Clerk. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact Cooper Charter Township by writing or calling the Township Clerk.
