scheduled meetings of the Cooper Township Zoning Board of Appeal will be held at the Cooper Township Hall, 1590 West D. Ave, Kalamazoo, Michigan and will be scheduled as needed.

scheduled meetings of the Cooper Township Fire Commission will be held at Fire Station #1, 1590 West D. Avenue, Kalamazoo, Michigan on the odd months and Fire Station #2, 3160 McKinley, Kalamazoo, Michigan on the even months. Meetings will commence at 6:00 p.m. as follows:

Meetings are on the fourth Tuesday of the month except for the month of December that will be held on the third Tuesday due to the Holiday.

Special meetings of the Cooper Township Board, Zoning Board, Zoning Board of Appeal and Fire Commission shall be called and held at the discretion of said Board with due and proper notice of such meetings posted on the bulletin board of the Township Hall.

The official minutes of said boards are stored in the Clerk's office at 1590 West D. Avenue, Kalamazoo, Michigan and are available for inspection during regular business hours.

Cooper Charter Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) days notice to the Township Clerk. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact Cooper Charter Township by writing or calling the Township Clerk.
