Pickup Schedule

Cooper Charter Township has a spring & fall curbside pick-up. Dates will be posted on the scrolling information section of each page as the dates approach.

Spring Curbside PickupPick-up may take 3-4 days to complete. Any item not picked up must be removed and stored out of sight by the Monday following pick up week.

East of the Kalamazoo River starts on May 7, 2008.

West of the Kalamazoo River starts on May 14, 2008.

Fall Curbside Pickup

East of the Kalamazoo River starts on October 8, 2008.

West of the Kalamazoo River starts on October 15, 2008.

Pickup Rules

Unwanted objects may be placed at the curb. The following are a few very simple rules:

• Objects must be bagged or in containers that will not be affected by water or fall apart when handled.
• Nothing heavier than what two men can lift will be accepted.
• No garbage, rocks, sand, concrete, building materials, or toxic wastes.
• A limit of 12 containers or bundles will be allowed and must be at curbside, NO EARLIER THAN 3:00 PM ON THE TUESDAY BEFORE.

Any item not picked-up must be removed and stored out of sight by Friday of the pick-up week. Violators will be prosecuted. Containers will not be returned.

NO METAL OR APPLIANCES!
NO GRASS, LEAVES, BRUSH OR BRANCHES!
